5. Sankirtan Mahotsab is proposed to be organised at Bhubaneswar in last week of Feb.’2012 for 3 days. Nine Sankirtan groupes from three Revenue division and one group each from West Bengal and Assam will invite to partcipate.
6. Pala & Dasakathia festival is tentatively fixed to be held on Mar.’2012.
7. Choreography festival of Odissi Dance is to be arranged on 1-5 Mar.’2012 at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar.
8. Tribal Dance festival for 4 days is tentatively organise at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar during 3rd week of Mar.’2012.
9. Mask Dance Festival proposed to held at Bhawanipatna during the last week of Feb.2012 for 2 days.

2. 22nd State Film Award -2010
On behalf of Deptt. of Culture, Govt. of Odisha this Akademi has been organise the 22nd State Film Award Function for the year 2010 at Utkal Mandap, Bhubaneswar on 21st Dec.2011, in a befitting manner.
Hon’ble Minister, Tourism, Culture & Co-operation Sri Prafulla Samal was grace the occasion as Chief Guest. 19 eminent Film Personalities were awarded.
3. 6th Toshali National Craft Mela-2011
Department of Tourism, Government of Odisha was organized the National level Toshali Craft Mela at Janata Maidan, Bhubaneswar from 15th -27th Dec. 2011. Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi has organized the every day Cultural Pragrammes. About 30 Folk Dance & Music groups, Fusion & Modern Dance groups, Comedy groups presented their performance in the Mela.

Activities Report for the Year - 2012-13
1. Choreography Festival (Samarachana) :
5th March.’2012 6.30 p.m. at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar.
The Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi had organised for the first time choreography festival of Classical dances involving various classical dance forms of different parts of India with following experienced talented and renowned choreographers of all the classical dance forms.

3. Kuchupudi : Smt. Vaijayanthi Kashi, Bangalore,
4. Contemporary : Santosh Nair, New Delhi

The programme was organised with the financial support of Gpvt. of India under the scheme of CFGS. grant in collaboration with Deptt. of Tourism & Culture, Odisha and GKCM. ORC., Bhubaneswar. In this festival a seminar was organised i.e. on 2nd and 5th March’2012 in the mini auditorium of Utkal Sangeet Mohavidyalay, Bhubaneswar. The scholars like Dr. Sunil Kothari, New Delhi and Dr. Sadasib Menon from Chennai had participated. Minister Culture, Sj. Prafulla Samal, Sj. Ashok Kumar Tripahy, Principal Secretary, Culture, Sj. Sushil Kumar Das, Director, Culture were present on the occassion.
2. Sankirtan Mahotsav : 25th - 27th May’2012, 6.30 p.m. at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar.
12 groups participated in this programme, Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre sponsored 2 groups i.e.one from Manipur and secondone from Kolkata. In the opening day i.e. on 25th May near about 50 groups came in a procession from Ram Mandir to Rabindra Mandap. Every day 4 groups staged their programme.
